My name is Rylan Redona and I am the owner of Manawai Punching Bag. I was born and raised on the island of Oahu. Martial arts has been a life long passion of mine, and I would always enjoy doing a lot of physical activities. After experiencing some health issues, I decided to change my life for the better. I used boxing as my main source of exercise, and was able to achieve my goal of losing weight as well as becoming healthier. Since then, I decided to share my journey, in the hopes of helping others who were struggling to achieve their health and fitness goals. The purpose of Manawai Punching Bag is to give people access to products and a lifestyle that could possibly change their life for the better. #FeeltheManaSharetheMana
